The Department of Medical & Pharmaceutical Science conducts high-tech experiments and provides education that combines the new technology of applied science with the elemental knowledge of life sciences, medical science, and pharmaceutical science. The department is for those who wish to advance to a graduate School of Medicine, Dentistry, School of Pharmacy, or for those who plan to be professional researchers in the fields of medical science, biotechnology, and public health.
The education purpose of Department of Medical & Pharmaceutical Science is to cultivate the professional female talents who will contribute to the human health and welfare and take over the leading role in the national development of medical & pharmaceutical science with the professional and extensive knowledge in the medical & pharmaceutical science.
1. Learn the scientific thinking power, original questing power, and rational decision making capability that are essential as the specialized talent in the medical & pharmaceutical science field.
2. Cultivate the qualification to lead the medical & pharmaceutical science related industry, which is one of the most important industries in the future society, by grafting the new knowledge and technology of applied science field, based on the study for the knowledge and principle of the basic sciences.
3. Foster the talents superior academically who are able to enter the higher grade education organizations related to the medicine, dentistry, and pharmacy.
