The Division of Korean Language & Literature has a long history and tradition of 63 years. The division focuses on nurturing creative experts with a high command and in-depth knowledge of the Korean language and literature, based on an understanding of Korean culture and language. Students in the division will be instilled with a command of the language’s style and logic along with cultural sensitivity to become practical experts who are in demand during this age of globalization and information. There are many graduates working in the field even now, leading the age of “cultural content.”
