Adjusted the quota of Global Cooperation Major of School of Global Service from 28 to 24 and the Entrepreneurship Major from 20 to 19 students respectively. Reorganized the Division of English Language & Literature in the College of Liberal Arts to the independent Division of English Language & Literature (Quota 122 including 24 TESL Major students), and installed newly the TESL Major in the Division of English Language & Literature. Reorganized the Telecommunications Major of Division of Communication in the College of Social Sciences to the independent Division of Communication & Media (Quota 64).
