Testimonials
What I learned and enjoyed…
Attending Sookmyung Women’s University Winter Beyond Borders Program has been a fulfilling experience, allowing me to realize my dream of learning Korean and exploring Korea. I have made wonderful friends, both local students and fellow program participants from different countries. The quality of education and facilities at Sookmyung are excellent and I wholeheartedly recommend it as an exchange university to my fellow Macquarie students. I am even considering returning for my postgraduate studies in the future.
Participating in the Sookmyung Winter Beyond Borders Program has been an invaluable experience for me. It was my first time visiting Korea, and it completely shattered my preconceived notions about the country. Through this program, I not only learned the Korean language but also gained insights into the unique customs and habits of the Korean people, which differed greatly from those in my home country. Engaging in conversations about cultural difference in English helped foster a deeper understanding and connection among us. Given the chance, I would love to visit Korea again in the future.
