Educational Objectives
The education purpose of the policy on human resource development is to cultivate professionals who can contribute to the development of the nation, the people, and the global society by adhering to the educational philosophy of the university, which aims to produce well-rounded and competent women leaders. The goal is to discover and nurture individuals with diverse experiences and abilities in the global community and to train experts in human resource development who can develop and implement policies to support these individuals.
Educational Goals
- The goal is to acquire the overall theories and knowledge related to human resource development and develop the ability to apply them in practical settings.
- The goal is to enhance a broad perspective and diverse experiences to achieve outstanding results in the field of human resource development and contribute to the development of local communities and the enhancement of national competitiveness.
- The goal is not only to apply the theories of human resource development based on both theory and practice but also to be equipped with the ability to systematically train related personnel.
