숙명여자대학교 유학생서비스팀입니다. 유학비자(D2) 소지 수료생은 아래 내용을 숙지하시기 바랍니다.
출입국관리법(제19조의 4)에 따라 유학생 학적 변동이 생기면, 해당일로부터 15일 이내 서울출입국외국인청에 신고하여야 합니다.
※ 수료생 비자 연장 허용 상한
학사: 입학 후 최대 6년
석사: 입학 후 최대 5년
박사: 입학 후 최대 7년
■ 대상: 학부, 대학원 유학비자(D2) 소지 수료생
■ 한국 체류 희망자: 유학비자(D2) 연장
2024.3.1.기준 수료생은 3.8(금)까지 하이코리아(www.hikorea.go.kr) 민원신청 – 전자민원신청 - 등록외국인의 체류기간연장허가 후 전자민원 신청현황을 유학생서비스팀 이메일로 제출합니다.
■ 등록외국인의 체류기간연장허가 구비서류
- 신청서, 여권, 외국인등록증, 수수료
- 수료증명서, 지도교수 및 유학담당자 확인서
- 재정입증 서류
- 체류지 입증서류: 임대차계약서, 기숙사 거주 확인서 등
※ 출입국사무소에서 추가 서류를 필요로 할 수 있습니다.

유학비자(D2) 소지 수료생이 3.8(금)까지 유학생서비스팀(백주년기념관 104호)을 방문하지 않을 경우, 서울출입국사무소에 연수 종료 처리
■ 연수 종료 처리: 유학비자(D2) 종료
According to Article 19-4-2 of Immigration Act, the University must report the Immigration Office of any changes of International Students who with student visa within 15 days of the date of change.
<Permission Period limit>
① Undergraduate Course : Max. 2 years after course completion
② Master’s Course : Max. 3 years after course completion
③ PhD Course : Max. 5 years after course completion
Expected graduation date will be reported to Immigration Office, be sure to confirm the date before e-submitting your application to HiKorea. Please submit your completed documents by deadline or your student visa will automatically cancelled within 15 days and you must leave Korea with in 15 days. You may be unable to extend your student visa to complete your studies as well.
