In particular, Sookmyung Women's University also produced a total of 3 top candidates, which include Ga-eun Kim in the Gyeonggi area’s music subject, Han-na Jang and Song-yi Yu in the Gyeonggi area’s elementary and middle school counseling areas.

Since the second semester of 2015, Sookmyung Women's University has been running an exam preparation class for undergraduate students and graduate students of Graduate School of Education, and the university is also operating a mentoring program that invites seniors who have already passed the employment exams as mentors and connects them with juniors. The Graduate School of Education also selects more than 100 students annually to support scholarships for the preparation for employment exams. Since 2018, it has been operating the master's lab to support employment exams and master's research. Thanks to these efforts, the number of successful candidates for employment exams is on the rise every year, and this year, a total of 7 people succeeded in passing the test.

A staff member of the Teacher Education Center said, “As much effort the students are making in their preparation, the school will continue to make efforts to ensure successful employment exam applicants are continuously produced by continuously operating the teacher appointment exam preparation class, special lectures on employment exams, and support for preparing teaching demonstration.”
