Our university grabs overall third place in the National Customer Satisfaction Index

In the National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI), sponsored by Chosun Ilbo and Korea Productivity Center, our university shared third place with Dongguk University in the private university category. This is one rank higher than the last result at fourth place.


The result of this survey was obtained by conducting individual interviews with 3,180 students who are attending the targeted 14 leading private universities in Korea, which included Konkuk University, Kyung Hee University, Korea University, Dongguk University, Sogang University, Sungkyunkwan University, Sookmyung Women's University, Yonsei University, Ewha Womans University, Inha University, Chung-Ang University, Hanyang University, Hankuk University of Foreign Studies and Hongik University.


Our university recorded a total of 75 points, which is 3 points higher than last year and same as Dongguk University to share the third place. Analysis showed this result was due to receiving overall even scores in the detailed survey categories such as customer recognition value, level of customer expectation and customer complaint rate. In particular, amazing 9.2% increase in the customer recognition value (price vs quality value) category compared to last year led the overall increase in points. Meanwhile, the first and second place of this survey was taken by Sungkyunkwan University and Korea University, who received 80 and 77 points, respectively.


Our university stated "This survey is more meaningful because we received good results on a survey that gathered the opinions of the people directly involved in the educational demand, that is, the students, unlike other college evaluations" and "we will give our best to continuously improve our school members' satisfaction and services."
