This program which was organized by the Admissions Management Services was prepared to help high school students who are worried about their future careers to find a specific motivation for college education by identifying their aptitude and exploring different careers with their fathers.

This event was participated by 55 parent (father) and first to second grade high school student pairs from all over the country, where each student had the time to establish a specific career plan with their father based on identifying their strengths and weaknesses through the MBTI exam, which is designed to help them find their own color.

In addition, for fathers who are relatively less interested in parenting than mothers, a special lecture called 'The Role of Parents in the Career Guidance of Children' was given by Professor Kim Bong-hwan from the Department of Education.

The students also participated in campus tours, group activities, among others, and a special lecture on admission officer system was held to provide practical information on preparation for college. Many fathers who participated in the event agreed that "It was a great time for fathers who didn't have as much time as mothers to talk seriously with their children about their career paths to actually talk with the daughters and plan the future together."
