Our university took a joint third place in the private university category of the National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI) survey that is co-organized by Chosun Ilbo and Korean Productivity Center.

The results of this survey was based on individual interviews conducted on 3,890 students from 15 top private universities in Korea (Konkuk University, Kyunghee University, Korea University, Dongguk University, Sogang University, Sungkyunkwan University, Sookmyung Women's University, Ajou University, Yonsei University, Ewha Womans University, Inha University, Chung-Ang University, Hanyang University, Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, and Hongik University).

By receiving 72 total points same as the previous year, our university was ranked joint third with Yonsei University trailing Sungkyunkwan University (77 points) and Kyunghee University (74). This is one position higher than the last year’s achievement at 4th place.

In terms of points per factor, our university scored higher than the total average of all private universities in the customer perceived quality, customer complaint rate, and customer persistency rate categories. This corresponds to a good level of service quality actually experienced by consumers in comparison to expected level or perceptive value.

The assessment team commented on the results of this survey and said, “Unlike other college evaluations, the high scores in this survey is all the more meaningful because it was based on the opinions of students who are the subjects of educational demand,” and “We will give our best efforts to continuously improve the services and the satisfaction of the school members.”
