This program is a civil consigned education program conducted for the Department of HR Innovation to solve duty related issues of each department and improve the expertise of civil servants. The civil servants who took part in the program said the vivid stories of experts in the field and expert approach method on international exchange in general was very useful, and said they hoped for the program to expand further in the future.

The Korean Culture Institute, which hosted the program, operates an ‘International Cultural Exchange Academy, NEXT,’ each year for those working in public organizations based on the funds supported by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and the Korean Arts Management Service. It has now expanded its International Exchange Academy program to include education for Ministry of Education civil servants.
