The event on the 26th started with celebratory messages by International TESOL President, Doctor Yilin Sun, Korean TESOL President Peadar Callaghan, and TESOL Professor Kyung-sook Yum of our university. English education figures from different countries who pre-registered, English teachers, foreign teachers and English education program personnel attended the event.
The education program included an in-depth lecture on 'Leadership and Management Fundamentals' by Doctor Fernando Fluerquin, the head professor of in-depth English education at the University of North Texas in Denton. This was followed by lectures by linguistics professor Doctor Neil Anderson from Brigham Young University and Korean University professor Doctor Ksan Rubadeau, who spoke about ‘Facilitating Groups and Building Teams and How to Run Effective Meetings’ and ‘Training of Trainers: Enhancing Your ELT Continuing Professional Development Program.'

After the education program was complete on the 27th, a seminar was held with the three professors, where there was a free discussion and Q&A session. Next. International TESOL Chairperson Doctor Rosa Aronson made a celebratory speech for a significant completion ceremony. Those who participated in two or more workshops were presented with an ELT Leadership Management Certificate that can only be acquired in the United States.
A TESOL personnel from our university said, "We were able to re-confirm the status of Sookmyung in the TESOL academic world by how satisfied those who came to our university to seek actual proposals and strategic education methodologies for more effective English education were upon completing the course," and added, "We will continue our active devotion to academics and international networking."
