K-Move Mentoring is a program for supporting overseas employment of young people by sharing experiences and tips of mentors who are employed overseas and by providing information on overseas job fairs, academy, consulting service, etc. A total of more than 100 people that included students and graduates as well as local young people who are interested in overseas employment attended the event.
Mentor Park Geon-ha (Europe) and Mentor Lee Yong-gwan (Oceania) from the K-Move Mentor Team gave their special lectures centered on the job competence of overseas intermediary managers and strategies on how to prepare. Mentor Park Geon-ha advised the young people with the theme, “4C(Creativity, Challenge, Communication, Cooperation)! Experience and Execute,” and Mentor Lee Yong-gwan encouraged the aspiring young crowd with the theme, “It is important to not be afraid and throw yourself in the situation and learn for yourself.”
