In Sookmyung Trio’s Melody from the Royal Academy of Music

The Sookmyung Trio, who are the composition of our professors of Music College, was invited to a public performance from England Royal Academy of Music and returned with a great success. Master class was opened to local students and given direct lecture, and now it is expecting activities with the Royal Academy of Music and the best of musical education in Europe.
Last June 16th, the Sookmyung Trio composition of Jeongae Shon (piano), Jonghwa, Hong (violin), Heechul Chae (cello) received invitation from the England Royal Academy of Music and performed concert with great success. At the concert Korean England culture president with Korean Ambassador couples under the supervision of England, and all sorts of representatives attended to give more glory to the place.
Sookmyung Trio stayed in England and opened 5 times Master Class and displayed our University’s higher ability to local students of England Royal Academy of Music. Especially right after day of concert, got invited from the best of music talent school Wells Cathedral Music located at Sommerset, spread out interchange of variety activities and performed concert as well as Master Class.
This Sookmyung Trio’s England concert will be beginning of symbolic exercise to be regularized education interchange and culture art interchange between our university and England Royal Academy of Music. Coming Autumn the professors will be invited from England Royal Academy of Music and the Master Class will be open. The end of next year, we will plan to open
