The Ministry of Education designated 10 universities such as Seoul National University as participants of K-MOOC project for the first time last year as an effort to make outstanding university lectures available to the general public through the Internet. This year, university participation was expanded and courses were increased to 100 with the aim to activate K-MOOC services.
