President Yunkeum Chang received an honorary doctorate from the Kazakh National University of Arts on December 22 (Wed), 2020.
At the honorary doctorate conferment ceremony at the Kazakhstan Embassy in Korea, Bakyt Dyussenbayev, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Korea, gave the award of an honorary doctorate to President Chang on behalf of the President of the Kazakh National University of Arts Aiman Mussakhajayeva.
President Chang has been appointed as the first president of the Korea-Kazakh Culture and Arts Education Association, established in June 2021 to strengthen friendly relations between the two countries through exchanges in the fields of culture, art, and education.
