Held the 2022 New Year Congratulatory Ceremony

Sookmyung Women’s University＇s New Year Congratulatory Ceremony was held on January 3 (Mon) at 11 o＇clock at the Centennial Hall’s Hansangeun Lounge. In order to comply with quarantine guidelines due to the spread of COVID-19 Omicron, the ceremony was held with a minimum number of people in attendance.
The New Year Congratulatory Ceremony was attended by the president, vice president, dean of General Graduate School, dean of Graduate School of Professional Studies, dean of Graduate School of Education, other deans, Chairman of the Faculty Council Byung-gyu Son, and Union Chairman Hwi-su Yoon.
Participants watched the video of the president＇s New Year＇s address and exchanged greetings and blessings with each other, making their New Year＇s resolutions together.
In her greetings, President Yunkeum Chang said, “In the new year, we will lead three key changes: the establishment of a digital education system, the development of a digital humanity curriculum, and the establishment of a digital humanity campus to achieve the vision of ‘The world＇s best digital humanity Sookmyung＇.”
Meanwhile, the New Year＇s addresses by Sookmyung Educational Foundation Chairman Seung-han Lee and President Yunkeum Chang were made into a video and posted on the university’s website.
