건강보험 증명서 전화 상담을 통한 발급 중단 안내
2022년 7월 1일부터 모든 증명서의 전화발급이 중단됩니다.
따라서 증명서 발급을 원하는 유학생들은 비대면 발급 채널을 이용하여야 합니다.
<비대면 발급 채널 종류>
① 공단 홈페이지( www.nhis.or.kr) → 민원 여기요 → 개인민원 → 증명서 발급·확인
② The건강보험(어플) → 민원여기요 → 증명서
③ 정부24(홈페이지, 어플) → 서비스 →신청·조회·발급 → 기관: 국민건강보험공단 검색
④ 네이버 전자증명서(정부24 연계) → 네이버앱 Na.→ 전자증명서
⑤ 카카오 전자증명서(정부24 연계) → 카카오톡 더보기 → 지갑 → 전자증명서
⑥ 무인민원발급기에서 지문 인식 후 발급
* 공단 홈페이지, The건강보험, 정부24, 네이버ㆍ카카오 전자증명서는 인증서(공동, 간편 등) 로그인 필요

Notice of suspension of non-face-to-face(phone)
all certificates of NHIS
The issuance of certificates by phone will be suspended from July 1, 2022.
Therefore, international students who want to issue certificates should use the non-face-to-face issuance channel.
① Public corporation website(www.nhis.or.kr) → 민원여기요 → 개인민원 → 증명서 발급·확인
② The건강보험(app) → 민원여기요 → 증명서
③ Government 24 (website, application) → 서비스 → 신청·조회·발급 → 기관: ＇국민건강보험공단＇ 검색
④ Naver electronic certificate (linked to government 24) → Naver app Na. → electronic certificate
⑤ Kakao electronic certificate (linked to government 24) → View Kakao Talk More → Wallet → Electronic certificate
⑥ Issued after fingerprint recognition by automatic dispenser
* The website of the corporation, The Health Insurance, Government 24, Naver and Kakao electronic certificates require a certificate.
