[ Notice ]
Everyone who are enrolled 8 semesters or more MUST submit graduation plan
although you are not expected to graduate in February 2022.

※ Students who took violence prevention online class at least once. (refer no.93548 on noticeboard)
- Completion status will be updated the next day after 13:00 and you may apply after the class completion is checked.

※ Application period for students who completed taking required credits but yet satisfied graduation requirements is
12/1(Wed) ~ 1/4(Tue)

1. Period : 10/6 (Wed) ~ 10/19 (Tue)

2. Method : Sookmyung Portal > Academics > Graduation > a table below

(*Compulsory for students who are enrolled 8 semesters or more)

* confirm ‘subject Requirements’ and ‘Graduation Review Result’ before filling out the form

* Lists
① Graduation Plan for this semester ( check the table below)
② Plan for 2021 winter semester
③ Graduation Thesis submission plan (Thesis/computer usage liscense)
④ current status for other requirements (teaching profession, external credit etc.)

* Must read application manual attached on the menu section

* Application will not be updated promptly (it will be reviewed for an approval)

* If you are willing to pass graduation thesis for your newly updated 2^nd major, contact the major’s office to apply.

* The result will show on ‘Subject Requirements’ after 11/18(Thurs)

Table : requirements for each graduation plan

Graduation	① Completion of graduation standard credit ② Qualified for both Graduation Thesis and computer usage liscense	* You can issue Graduation certificate from the day of graduation ceremony
Completion	① Completion of graduation standard credit ② disqualified for either Graduation Thesis or computer usage liscense	* you become a student who completed taking required credits but yet satisfied graduation requirements from 2022.02.28 * no need to pay tuition, unable to enroll in classes or school register change. * you must qualify and submit the one that you were disqualified in three years to graduate.
Unable to graduate	Incompletion of graduation standard credit	* you become a student who is enrolled over-semester automatically * you may enroll/take leave of absence in 2022-1, if you want to enroll, you must register for courses * you may take leave of absence, but you must be enrolled on the semester you are graduating. * Thus, you cannot graduate after only taking summer/winter semester during leave of absence.
Continue to be enrolled	① Completion of graduation standard credit but ② extend the semester for one of the following reasons : - Lack of credits for double major/minor/interdisciplinary program - Lack of credits for teaching profession	* You must submit the over-semester application form to academics team * submission period : 1/19(Wed) ~ 1/20(Thurs) * you may enroll/take leave of absence in 2022-1, if you want to enroll, you must register for courses * you may take leave of absence, but you must be enrolled on the semester you are graduating. * Thus, you cannot graduate after only taking summer/winter semester during leave of absence.
