COVID-19 Case reporting Instructions in school
The attached file is a guideline for COVID-19 case reporting in school.
Please be aware of the following instructions and make sure to report to school when you are applied to one of the followings :
1. Coronic or had close contacts of confirmed cases 2. Who visited overseas in the last 14 days 3. Test subjects who were at multi-use facilities that coronic visited in recent 14 days 4. Family or cohabitant of self-quarantine recipient 5. Who has respiratory symptoms such as fever(over 37.5℃), cough, sore throat
