2021-2 undergraduate mid-term/final exam implementation

1. Exam period
a. regular exam(mid-term, final) is supposed to be conducted during the regular
class hours of the week, but the exam date and time can be flexibly operated to
disperse students during face-to-face exam.
b. The lecture will be held as normally on class days when the exam is not
conducted.
2. Method
a. Up to the third stage of social distancing can be conducted offline or remotely depending on the characteristics of the class. In the fourth stage, offline exams can be conducted after obtaining approval for each class.
b. Students who have reasons for not being able to take the regular exam may apply for additional examinations.

c. Report on cheating on the test : the class’s instructor or
staff, the office of academic affairs or Academic Affairs in College of General
Education.
3. Notice for offline examination
a. Follow personal quarantine rules more thoroughly before and after the test day, and refrain from going out unnecessariliy.
b. If you are
subject to COVID-19 report, contact the university headquarter and receive
conceded scores through taking additional test.
c. Wear a KF-80 or higher mask while coming to school and do not take it off.
d. Do not talk or eat (drink & eat) in the test site, and maintain
distance.
e. After the exam, you must leave school right
away.
