Original notice for 2021-2 Course withdrawal
1. course withdrawal period : 2021.09.23 (Thurs) 10:00 ~ 09.29 (Wed) 24:00 (* there is going to be no extension)
2. Eligibility for course withdrawal : undergraduates, credit exchange students,exchange students
( undergraduates who are enrolled for 9th semester or more cannot get a refund.)
3. Directions
1) Enter [sookmyung portal > Academics > Course Registration > Class Drop]
2) Click [drop] on the course you are planning to withdraw
3) Click ＇Yes＇ when you see the message saying "You cannot cancel the withdrawal in any excuse.**Are you sure with class withdrawal?"
4) check if the course you dropped has moved to "withdrawed class result"
5) [COMPULSORY] enter [sookmyung portal > Academics > Course Registration > Search for Classes] and check if the course you dropped is excluded, your final course schedule and credits.
※ Course you withdrawed will be applied on 전자출결 and the next day on Snowboard.
4. Notices
1) Be noted that if you apply for withdrawal in last minute, it might not be processed due to the error.
( we recommend you to complete withdrawal 20 minutes before the deadline and final check the result in [Search for Class] menu.)
2) You cannot cancel the withdrawal once you have applied, both during and after the course withdrawal period.
3) Credits you withdrawed are included in annual course registeration credit and credits applied on the semester.
4) You cannot withdraw after the course withdrawal period. If you tend not to attend the course without applying for withdrawal, F will be given and be included in overall grade.
5) If you have 2 credits or less after course withdrawal, you cannot drop the class anymore. Students who are admitted in 2014 and thereafter, you must after at least 9 credits left after the withdrawal.
* credit exchange students and exchange students can freely drop the course without any restriction.
6) You cannot withdraw following courses. check the courses through the original notice.
