The COVID-19 prevention guidelines for taking the 2021-1 Final-term exam
1. 대면시험 응시 학생 준수사항
Compliance with students taking face-to-face exams
가. 시험일 전후로 개인 방역수칙을 더욱 철저히 준수하고, 불요불급한 외출은 자제합니다.
Observe the personal quarantine rules more thoroughly before and after the exam day, and refrain from going out unnecessarily.
나. 시험 3일 전부터 스마트숙명에 접속하여 코로나19 감염 증상 자가 점검 문진에 응답하고, 신고 대상일 시 대학본부에 신고하고 등교 중지합니다. Access ‘Smart Sookmyung’(App) 3 days before the exam and respond to the self-inspection questionnaire for symptoms of Covid-19 infection. If you meet the following cases, report it to the university and stop going to school.
다. 건물별 주 출입구 입장 시 스마트 숙명앱(app)을 실행하여 문진에 응답하고 ‘QR코드’를 스캔하고 입장하여야 합니다. (카톡, 네이버 등의 QR 체크인 기능을 사용하지 않습니다.)
When entering the main entrance of each building, you must access ‘Smart Sookmyung’(App) to respond to the self-inspection questionnaire, scan the QR code, and enter. (Don't use QR check-in of Kakaotalk and Naver.)
라. 등교 중에는 KF-80 이상 마스크 착용하고, 잠시라도 내리거나 벗지 않아야 합니다.
Wear a KF-80 or mask of higher level during school and do not take off even for a moment.
마. 시험장 내에서는 대화 및 취식(음료나 식사)를 절대 금하여 거리두기를 유지합니다.
In the exam room, talking and eating are absolutely prohibited and you must practice social distancing.
바. 시험 종료 후에는 교내에 머무르지 않고 바로 귀가합니다.
After the examination, Do not stay on campus and return home immediately.

2. 등교학생의 원격시험 지원사항
Remote test support for students who come to the university
가. 대면 수업으로 등교한 학생의 원격시험 응시 장소 지원
For students who come to the university because of face-to-face classes, we support places of next remote test.
★★★강의실 내 거리두기(2m 이상) 철저, 대화 및 식음료 섭취 절대 불가함★★★
★★★In the classroom, keep the social distancing(2m) and food or drink is absolutely not allowed.★★★
나. 교내 노트북 대여 가능한 장소
Where laptops can be rented on campus
다. 응시에 필요한 물품은 자체적으로 준비해야 합니다. (노트북, 충전기, 전원연장선(멀티탭), 거치대 등)
You have to prepare your own items for taking an exam. (laptop, charger, power extension (multi-tap, cradle, etc.)
