The Department of Public Culture and Diplomacy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will hold 2020 D-Talks (Diplomatic Talks), a policy briefing session conducted by former and incumbent diplomats or professors in the field of diplomatic security to enhance understanding of foreign policy for international students in Korea.
Students who want to participate in the D-Talks in 2020, please fill out and send the attached attached application to studyabroad@sm.ac.kr by November 13 (Fri).
- Date and time: January 28, 2020 (Tue) 14:00-16:00 (about 2 hours)
- Venue: “Gwanghwamun 1st Avenue Communication Space” on the 1st floor of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, lecture room, student personal space
- Structure: English lecture and Q&A
- Title: The 4th Industrial Revolution and the Future of Human Rights
- Lecturer: Professor Chang-rok Seo, Graduate School of International Studies, Korea University
- Target: Foreign students interested in international relations, etc.
※ After the event, a satisfaction survey for participants will be conducted and a predetermined souvenir will be presented.
※ please note that the final participation to the live D-talks will be decided by the host, MOFA.

외교부 공공문화외교국에서는 국내 외국 유학생 대상 외교 정책 등에 대한 이해 제고를 위해 전, 현직 외교관 또는 외교안보 분야 교수가 진행하는 정책 설명회인 D-Talks(Diplomatic Talks)를 운영하고 있습니다.

ㅇ 강연자: 서창록 고려대 국제대학원 교수(한국인 최초 유엔 시민적·정치적 권리위원 선출)
