Dear New Exchange Students for spring 2020
1. Important dates for the academic schedule is as below:

3. Things to do and important things to remember!
1) Portal system registration
: Please register the portal system and change your initial password to your own password. You should remember your own password to use the portal system.
2) Min. and Max Credit registration per semester
: Minimum credit: 9 credits, Maximum Credit: 18 credits
For the students of Tuebingen U, minimum credit is 3 and take the regular language program.
3) You can change your course during course change period (March 9 to 14)
: During this period, there might be change of available seats so you may get a spare seats.
4) On March 16 10:00-17:00, 5% of major course’s seats and 10% of elective course’s seats will be open only for the international students. So this date will be the last chance to add your course registration.
Please be aware of the important academic schedule so that you do not miss the dates.
