유학생서비스팀에서는 2023학년도 1학기 학위과정 외국인 유학생 복학 예정자를 대상으로 비자신청에 필요한 표준입학허가서 및 사업자 등록증 발급신청을 받습니다.

신청한 표준입학허가서는부터 신청 순으로 신청 당시 기재한 이메일로 발급예정이며 발급까지는 최소 10일이 소요됩니다. (오프라인 표준입학허가서 필요 시 신청 바랍니다.)
발급 일정은 신청 상황에 따라 지연될 수 있으며, 빠른 업무처리를 위해 개별 발급일정에 대한 문의 및 확인은 자제해 주시기 바랍니다.

은행잔고증명서는 번역본(국/영문) 원본 제출 필수 ◦제출기한 : 1/16(월)~20(금) ◦제출주소 : (04310) 서울시 용산구 청파로47길 100,글로벌라운지(프라임관B-103호) Sookmyung Women’s University, Cheongpa-ro 47-gil 100,Yongsan-gu,Seoul, 04310, Korea ◦금액기준 : 20,000 USD 이상 본인 또는 부모 명의(*가족관계증명서 제출)의 은행잔고증명서 원본 (신청일 기준 30일 이내 발급한 것을 원칙으로 함. 다만, 잔고증명서 상에 유효기간이 있는 서류에 대해서는 유효기간까지 유효한 증명서로 인정(단, 발급일로부터 최대 6개월까지만 인정) - (중국) 중국 소재 은행 예금잔고증명서의 특성을 반영하여 아래 요건 모두 충족 시에만 유효 증명서로 인정 ① 사증발급 신청일 기준 30일 이내 발급된 원본일 것 ② 사증발급 신청일 기준 예금잔고증명서 유효기간(예금 동결 기간)이 최소 30일 이상 남아있을 것 * (베트남) 1만불 이상 예치된 은행잔고증명서(3개월 이상 잔액 유지 필수) 또는 유학경비 예치확인서 |
신청기간 외에는 표준입학허가서 발급이 불가하며 기간 내 신청하지 않을 시 2023학년도 1학기 비자 신청 및 입국이 불가하니 기간 준수 부탁드립니다.

Application for Certificate of Admission(CoA) and business registration for International degree student entering Korea for the 2023 Spring semester is now open. Please refer to the following guideline and apply for the documents.

Requirements | Copy of front and back page of valid Residence Card Copy of valid passport Copy of Translated Certificate of Bank Balance Certificate of final education (only for returning students in the first semester) *Please also submit the original document during the mail submission period after applying. |
Notes | -Certificate issuance will begin from and will take 10 working days at minimum Issuance schedule may be postponed in accordance with the application status. Please understand that to ensure prompt issuance, it may be difficult to answer all queries on the issuance schedule. |

Translated(Korean/English) Copy of Certificate of Bank Balance should be Original Copy. Issuance Period: January,16th(Mon)~25th(Wed) Address: (04310) Sookmyung Women’s University, Cheongpa-ro 47-gil 100,Yongsan-gu,Seoul, 04310, Korea *Original copy of translated (in Korean/English) bank certificate must be submitted to the e-mail(studyabroad@sookmyung.ac.kr) with “Student ID Number＋Name“ written on it. If you fail to submit, there will be penalties to your visa application in the future. _ An original Bank Balance Certificate issued within 30 days before the application date, and is under the student or the parents; name (family relation certificate must be submitted if under parents’ name) Yet, If there is a validity period in the Certificate should be issued within 6 month before the application date and should be valid on the application date. Amount Required : 20,000 USD If a student wishes to submit the certificate issued by a bank in China, the certificate must be issued within 30 days and the period of the frozen amount must not be less than 30 days. *(Vietnam) Bank balance certificate deposited over $10,000 (required to maintain balance for more than 3 months) or certificate of deposit for study abroad expenses |
Certificates will not be issued after the application period. And if you do not apply on time, your entry to Korea for the 2023 Spring Semester will be restricted. So please be advised.
