B. authentication certificate/visa certificate as well as Alien registration issued, prolong of permit of residence, and other activity permit (E-1, E-2, E-3, and F-3 etc), other civil services.
5. A is for the field disposing issues, B is for application and processing through the university and then returned.
6. Others: You must add in your application whether it is imported from the government.
