<외국인 유학생 건강보험 제도 안내>

1. (제도) 자격 및 보험료 부과 고지

□ (대상) 외국인 및 재외국민 유학생 … 유학생(D-2), 일반연수(D-4)
* 가입제외 대상: 안내문 참조

□ (취득시기) ①입국일 또는 외국인 등록일 : 유학생(D-2), 초‧중‧고(D-4-3) ②입국 후 6개월이 된 날 : 일반연수(D-4), 재외국민, 재외동포

□ (변경) 2022.3월부터 월보험료 56,030원 … 지역가입자 평균보험료(140,070원)의 60% 경감(22년2월까지 70%경감)
* 연간 소득 360만원 초과 또는 재산 13,500만원 초과 시 보험료 경감 제외.

□ (고지) 외국인등록 또는 국내거소신고한 거소지로 우편 발송

2. (안내) 전자고지 및 자동이체 신청

□ (전자고지) 신청인의 이메일 또는 모바일로 전자 문서 발송
* 전자고지서 수령 시, 민감한 개인정보 보호 및 고지서 분실의 우려가 없음

□ (자동이체) 매월 납부마감일(25일)에 건강보험료 자동 출금
* 납부마감일(25일)이후 매일 연체금발생 … 최대 5%까지 부과

□ (수수료) 신용카드 … 0.8%, 체크카드 … 0.5% 본인부담

□ (신청방법) ‘The 건강보험’ 앱, 홈페이지, 방문(팩스) 또는 유선

□ (납부방법) 자동이체, 가상계좌, 금융기관에 납부 … 지사ㆍ센터에서 카드 수납

□ (감액적용) 자동이체 전월분 완납 및 이메일 고지 시 매월 200원 감액

3. 기타

□ (환급계좌) 환급금 발생 시 별도 신청없이 자동이체 계좌로 입금

□ (급여제한) 보험료 체납 시 익월 1월부터 사전급여 제한

□ (일반검강검진) 만 20세 이상 짝수연도 출생자… 본인부담없음
* (자궁경부암검진) 만 20세 이상 여성 짝수연도 출생자… 본인부담없음

1. Notification of Eligibility and Insurance payment

n Eligibility: Foreigner or Oversea Korean… Students with D-2 Visa or D-4 Visa
* Exclusion from subscription: Refer to the notice

n Acquisition time: ① Date of entry or date of alien registration: International students (D-2), elementary, middle, and high schools (D-4-3) ② Six months after entering the country: General Training (D-4), Overseas Koreans
* Oversea Korean (C-9 or C-10) are admitted on the date of admission when they submit their enrollment certificates, etc.

n Change: From March 2022, the monthly insurance payment is 56,030 won. 60% reduction of the average premium (140,070 won) for local subscribers (70% reduction until February 22)

* Except for the reduction of insurance payment when annual income exceeds 3.6 million won or assets exceed 135 million won

n Bill: Mailing to the residence registered as an alien or reported residence in Korea

2. (Notice) Application for electronic notice and automatic transfer

□ (Electronic Notification) Send electronic documents to the applicant＇s email or mobile
* When receiving electronic notices, there is no risk of sensitive personal information protection and loss of bills

□ (Automatic transfer) Automatic withdrawal of health insurance premiums on the monthly payment deadline (25th)
* Late payment occurs every day after the payment deadline (25th) … Imposing up to 5%

□ (Fee) Credit card … 0.8%, check card … 0.5% on your own account

□ (Application method) ＇The Health Insurance(‘The 건강보험)＇ app, homepage, visit (fax) or wired

□ (Payment method) Automatic transfer, virtual account, payment to financial institutions… Credit card collection at the branch office and center

□ (Application of reduction) KRW 200 reduction per month for full payment of the previous month of automatic transfer and e-mail notification

3. ETC

□ (Refund account) Deposit into an automatic transfer account without a separate application when a refund occurs

□ (Salary Restriction) Preliminary salary restriction from the 1st of the following month in case of arrears of insurance premiums

□ (General health check-up) Those who are 20 years old or older and were born in even years... No burden
* (Cervical cancer screening) Women over 20 years of age were born even years ago. No burden
