Educational Objectives
The educational purpose of the Department of East Asian Studies is to conduct an in-depth research on various aspects of East Asia, such as its society, culture, and economy, from an integrated perspective that is increasingly important on the global stage. Additionally, the department aims to construct related theoretical frameworks. Moreover, it establishes analytical foundations by analyzing East Asian phenomena from the diverse academic perspectives.
